You want to know the date or get a dating letter?
Frame number by month is easy. There is a spreadsheet the shows build by month.

Email customerservice@kawasaki.co.uk and give them the frame and engine numbers.
Cost is £54 inclusive. They will contact Kawasaki in Japan who hold the original records and produce a dating letter that that gives the month and year of factory build and the original market it was supplied to (eg European, USA etc).

Feb 1975 (assuming the Frame number is the Engine number you quoted)
