Also seem to recall someone saying a Yamaha one was identical, maybe one of the XS range?.

Yam one is the same as A4 without the angled bit and just slides on the thumb area. Z1B ones have an angled piece after the thumb area which follows up toward the shaft.
Yambits do one that's almost identical to the A4 one. It's xs650.

There is a guy on Facebook in "z1 owners group emporium" that sells the replicas £20
I got one off him for my z1b

Sorry missed out the photo original at top and replica below 3D laser printed. it is shown embossed ready for you to fill in with a bit of white paint and wipe off, however mine arrived painted. Took old one off and epoxy fitted it to lever simple.
