I have a kawasaki z750 ltd.
It hasn't been out for a couple of months so I went and started her up tonight.
I notice the exhaust manifolds were glowing red hot when it ran for s few minutes. It was only on 1 and 3 cylinder
I presume its lean on those two carbs
How do I adjust the air mixture
Here is a pic of my bike

Re: Exhaust glowing
If the exhausts got to glowing, check whether the other cylinders are firing. To get that hot they are working too hard. I speak from experience, just wiped out a H1 downpipe due to a snagged throttle cable ☹️

Thanks for your prompt reply
What would be the issue with the other two cylinders not working. What caused the issues with your bike
