Z1000J 1983 Side Stand Extender

Hi all, has anyone installed a Side Stand extender to a Z1000J side stand. If you have can you share the details please thank you. Darrin

Hello Darrin, its me from up the road. Not a longer one but a shorter one on mine oddly enough. Its a ZX636. Is youre sidestand bracket rotated round on the bottom frame rail. Thats the usual reason they appear to be too short.

u got a pic of one ? genuine !!! not into 1000j but the ones on ebay german dont half look like whats used on their z1r

That looks like a correct J side stand to me. Well like the one mine anyway.
