Iv a brand new set of NOS points and stock coils you can borrow to help eliminate the any chance that it is a timing issue.

So you've aligned the timing marks statically to "F" yes? It's also easy to install the rotor 180 degrees out but if you have already swapped the coil wires over then that will take care of that anyway.
Where are you based? I am south Cheshire so if you're close enough I can get to you.
