Re: Frame painting
I’m still hitting a brick wall, don’t want to powder coat this particular frame although I’ve always done it in the past. Just wondering if a coat of smooth Hamerite would do the job?

Re: Frame painting
There are 2k spray cans out there Jerry both is gloss and satin and primer too, all you do is punch a tab on the bottom and shake. I use them in the winter as they flash off real fast and are... handy. Also less hassle for frames in places that guns are a chore. Frame prep, and spray outside on a nice day with a good respirator mask.
Angus.

Re: Frame painting
I have used a local place (to me) several times. R D Cox are based in Reading and they will blast and 2 pack your frame and bake it to a really hard finish. They've always done a great job for me and other local restorers use him inc Allen Milyard. Not very local to you guys but it is an option.

Re: Frame painting
I’m able to offer a frame painting service, although I currently don’t have the ability for blasting, so the frame would need to come to me in bare metal.
