Source of small oil leak?
Got a small oil leak on Z1B - its dripping off the sump fins on left of bike, but is clearly running down from somewhere - thought it might have been the neutral switch but not sure it is - almost seems like it might be the bolt hole for the cover? Is that possible?

Re: Source of small oil leak?
I would say it was more likely the gear change shaft seal!

Normally any oil leak in that area is from the alternator wire grommet. They pretty much all leak there unless it's been gasket goo'd in recently.

chain lube especially if you've got a chain oiler will fling itself off the gearbox sprocket and run down the rear LHS of engine and then sump, causing these symptoms too.
