5000 RPM... How Fast?

#1 PostAuthor: Ginger Bear » Sun Mar 15, 2009 8:29 pm

I am trying to sort out the gearing on my Z1000 (Money Muncher) At 5000rpm it does 64mph, but I think it is 'undergeared', I have 17" wheels and want to try & gear it properly. So to give me an Idea, I ask all of you; How fast does your bike go at 5000RPM in top gear :?

With my freshly rebuilt clocks which are now stable 5000 = 80mph.
