Clutch Lever, , Cut Out Switch

hi, can any one please tell me if the Clutch Lever, Cut Out Switch, is the same as the front brake switch,

Outlaw, I've seen those clutch purches with the electrical connection. I believe they are to prevent starting in gear without the clutch depressed. These are switches are purely electrical, whereas, the front brake switch relies on hydraulic pressure to switch the rear brake lights. Hence, it would not be the same switch!
