Z1OwnersClub GB

Hey,

Just wondered whether there were any others with a Z1100 shaft on here? Managed to find a few people with them on the other KZ forum.

Just needed some advice on which battery to use. I previously bought the YB18LA -

Do you think this will be ok? Also, I seem to have stumbled across CB18LA batteries whilst searching and just wondered about the differences between the 2? Also, would the CB18LA work?

I just found out that as long as it is B18LA then it doesn't make any difference.

I am thinking of going for this one -

All I need to do now is fit the shocks, get the carbs back on and have them balanced hopefully ready for an MOT :-)

I think the plan was that "CB" was going to become "CW"

I have a YB18 LA battery here free if you want it. Trouble is i am not near to you unless you are able to arrange something!

I do not think there is any real difference betwen 'CB' and 'YB'

Personally I would go for the Yuasa make, for no other reason than they are a known,good, brand.
