Z1000H air filter?

#1 PostAuthor: garyd » Fri Dec 23, 2011 7:01 pm

Where do you guys with the Z1000Hs get an air filter from....without paying £50 for some 30 year old peice of tat.

Is there a modern equivalent or a K&N that will fit?

Cheers for any help.

if you check your standard filter dimensions with this K&n which is for a Kawasaki h1 500 triple you could probably get this to fit with with some thought

Thanks.

That looks like I'd have to dispense with the origional filter housing, but that wouldn't be an issue.

The K&N site is useful as it gives dimentions.

Will have a measure in the morning to see if this will fit the origional housing...

Cheers..

That's particularly handy as I need a fuel tank valve as well.

I'm sure that Z Power can still supply a new fuel valve for the fuel tank.
