hi guys ,quick question,
fork oil level is quoted as 120mm in the manual, is that with the spring in or out ?
i,m presuming it is with it in and fully extended.

No - I'm 99.999% sure it'll be with the springs removed and the fork tube fully compressed.

As above,... in the Kawasaki manual; "Same procedure for Z1000-K", measurement is taken with a tape measure from the top of the inner fork tube with the fork tubes compressed and in a vertical orientation. Main spring is removed for measurement.
Dimension is different for K model but 120mm is correct for B1.
