Too new of a bike for us as Kawasaki stopped making Z1"s in 1975 Z900"s in 1977 and Z1000"s in 1979 before starting on Z1000 MK2 and Z1000 ST. We are a classic bike club. Am I right or wrong fellow members? ? ?

Helpful where possible that's us. Have you tried ringing a Kawasaki dealer. They should have that information or should be able to get it if they're anyway switched on.

Paul, for a colour match Volkswagen Apple Green is about spot on.I think Kawasaski called the ELR green Le Mans green.
Just make sure the Chrome Plate Kid doesn't touch the grab rail and air box on the GPz as he's got CHROMEFINGER.

I agree with Jack, I used Volkswagen Apple Green when I had my Z1000R2 painted back in 83 and it was a very close match.
