How much Oil

Can anyone advise how much oil i need to refill a z1000 with a standard sump pan, 0.26Ltr oil cooler (with top fittings) and a turbo?....Any particular oil recommendation?

you dont realy want the oil level any higher than stock thats why people fit the deep sump pan when they fit turbo's to them.i think they are hard to come by these days

Hope it's not a plain bearing turbo you're running with an oil cooler
