fork oil

Hello gents any advice on what grade fork oil to put in gpz1100 forks and how much to put in each leg .

Official Kawasaki manual says 10w20
322+/- 4cc (when changing oil about 275cc)
oil level should be 164mm+/-2mm.
air pressure 6.4-7.8 psi
In my opinion I would go for 10w or 15w fork oil depending on what riding your doing. Probably 15w.
