Have you kept both throttle cables on, mine is in the shop getting set up but when testing it, i had the same problem but i only had one cable on. we will see how they set mine up but to me it was getting to much fuel but im no expert.

And i had new rubbers.

Make sure you put the return cable on as they have a tendency to stick full open........... which is not nice when your trying to shut it down.

I will let you know how mine is once i get it back.

hi paul, i run these babys on my bike.
if you are sure you have no air leaks,[is the vacuume take off blanked off, if not being used?
good carb top gaskets, good inlet rubbers, and cables adjusted correctly, air screw o rings in good condition, and correctly adjusted].
have you mechanacly balanced them?
if not you probably have one or more slides out of synch, number 3 slide is fixed and cannot be adjusted like the other 3 slides, what you have to do is get some wire either .5 or .7mm and put it under the slide on no3 carb use the tickover screw to adjust the slide height on number 3, if it wont go down low enough, undo the lock nuts on the other 3 slides, and raise them up, this will allow you to lower number 3 slide on to the wire, go for a nice sliding fit, once you are happy with this, adjust the other 3 slides down onto the wire, using the adjusters on the slides, for the same sliding fit, take your time and check over until you are happy, hope this helps, tricky.
