speedo help

#1 PostAuthor: kwak » Wed Sep 11, 2013 9:37 am

is it possible to fit a pulse pick from the sprocket so i can run a digital speedo rather than the cable conversion or magnet on discs as want it to look neater so was thinking something like zx9 front sprocket nut as it has the tabs for sending pulse to pulse switch something along these lines if any one has done or can give me any advise

I've fitted one to the rear sprocket.

Swapped the studs for bolts & drilled the heads;

Glued in the magnets;

All fitted;

Pickup was mounted to the bottom shock mount (sorry, no pic). The whole lot was very discreet, cable ran along the underside if the swinging arm.
