Tuning help need to borrow

I have had my bike on the dyno and found a flat spot at 6000rpm, actually it turned out to be more like would not rev past there.
Ran out of time on the day but b4 I left the dyno guy said it looked to be ignition.
So took bike home and decided to put gpz cams in for now and looked at the timing. Found one pick up coil of the dyna s to be off to the other so realigned statically. Also timed engine with a strobe light and found I had managed to set it too advanced.
Straight away it now revs past 6000, took it for a test ride and easily got to into low 3 figures (private road and all that). It still has a stutter at 6000 put pulls through it and seems to clear once above, roads did not seem long enough to be able to rest fully.
Now my question is do you think the dyno guy can now tune the flat spot out and the reluctance to rev before was just timing too advanced and the pick up off stacking up to restrict revs or is the dyna s faulty and missing at 6000 (though I cant see it getting better above which it now seems to).
Anyone got a spare Dyna for a GPZ750 I could borrow to isolate the problem?
