530 front sprocket problems

Trying to sort the 530 chain & sprockets out on the Saxon Turbo but it's doing me head in. :star
At the moment it has a 19 tooth front sprocket on, but;
1. I've run out of adjustment (Rickman frame)
2. It seems to be dished outboard too much (7mm offset)
3. I reckon it'll be way overgeared, especially with a 38 tooth rear sprocket

The chain is quite a chunky bugger being the 'X'-ring type aswell.

So all you guys, is there an 18 tooth, 530 sprocket available, off the shelf, with a smaller offset. I reckon if it had no offset, the chain might touch the inner chain cover, if not it'll be damn close.

Thanks as always, Will

Fluff, I've always found the chap at B&C Express very helpful. He might be worth a call to discuss alternative sprockets. There is a gearing calculator on the web somewhere but I can't find it right now. Check this one out. You might be able to edit one of the provided models to suit your setup.

JT list all the sizes for different bikes

Put a spacer behind the sprocket as long as you are on the splines and have a full nut on then you should be Ok

Rich.
Tried JT but they only do straight fitment. As you probably know there's no room for and kind of spacer on the Z motor and the 7mm offest I have at present is too much.!
I had my rear sprocket made at B&C, will have to see what they can do but they only do made to measure for the rears I think ? Will see tomorrow.
Thanks. Will.
