Z1OwnersClub GB

Hi Guys,
I've fitted a new wiring loom whilst rebuilding my Z1. Everything else works.but the original wiring from the headlamp and side light is a little worn and doesn't math any of the colours from the main loom. Does anybody have any info as to which coloured wires I should connect the headlamp wires to. If that makes sense. Off the main bulb there are three wires,they are red with a yellow strip,red with a black stripe and black with a yellow stripe.
The side lamp has a red wire and a black wire.
Any assistance is very welcome.

Update.
I've got the side lamp working,just the headlamp to go!

Black/Yellow - Earth
Red/Black - Main Beam
Red/Yellow - Dip Beam
Brown/White - Side Light

Thanks very much for the info. I've connected it up that way with a new bulb.but no light. I'll have to trace it back a little more. Could you recommend anybody near here,I'm about four miles from Oulton Park. Electrics isn't my best subject.
