Now you have said it out loud it makes sense . . . I think when you have 3 in balance and one rogue one you tend to focus on that one and try and bring in in line with the other 3. The approach you outline is to get the dodgy one locked out and bring the other 3 in line. I'll let you know how I get on, thanks for stating what might be the obvious to most.
