on this early airbox please.

This is the same number on Z1A and Z1B 4x4 pipes.
There has been a discussion on another Z1 forum

about these markings, but no definite conclusions from what I recall.

Can someone please check their 1973 Z1 airbox, to confirm if
same numbers or different?

In your opinion z1bman, would it be reasonable to advertise it as Z1A / Z1B airbox when I advertise it for sale?

DGM stands for Direzione Generale Motorizzazione
The numbers are to show compliance with Italian motoring regulations.
They did not appear on any 72/73 Z1. They first started to appear sometime during Z1A
