Ian,i've just checked my old Orient Express catalogue and it lists different part numbers for Z900,Z1000,Z1000LTD and Z1000Z1R models.
It also lists different part numbers for Z1000J,GPz1100 81-82 and GPz1100 83.
I've very little knowledge of the earlier models but i do know that the 1000J and GPz1100 twin shock models have the same exhaust and the uni-trak 1100 just has a slightly different rear exhaust bracket.
I'd imagine it's only the rear exhaust mounting bracket that would be different from the Z900 to Z1000 model.

Yeah, pretty sure pipes are 'swappable' between 903 & 1015cc models!!! Must be rear fixing details that are different.
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Hello all, Front pipe is exactly the same, the difference is the tail pipe and where the mounting bracket is located, if you dont have the original rear footrest hangers then you do not nooed to be model specific, Regards, Steve
