Got some of these from Eurocarparts. Half price plus extra 10% off so worth a punt. Might go down the relay route to get max benefit.

Anybody know what size fuse/cable is required for the bulb supply if using a relay ??

H7's are no use on a Zed. You need H4.

You can use 1mm² for the switch side and 2mm² for the load side. :)

A 10 amp fuse will do as the bulb will draw 5 amps.

W/V = A 60/12=5

As Ralph says the issue is more with the old Zed wiring looms. The cable thickness's he has suggested are more than adequate also use thin wall.
