Is the quoted Z1 engine weight at around 85 kg only the engine without carbs and airfilter set up?

Posted a Z650 engine Derbyshire to Wales with TNT Insured for £75.00 before Xmas
it was there next day to

it weighed 78kg all in cheaper than my fuel costs and no
380ml drive either

Z1 engine weight ?
