Mixture screws vm26's
I took the carbs off today to give a quick service and found a couple of things i don't like, firstly a couple of stripped threads one on a bowl and one on a top cover, this is easy to deal with so no problem there, i looked into the carb throats and two have the mixture screw tips showing about 1mm in the throat, i have not seen this before, so will i be able to work with this, also the pilot jets in the carbs are not like i have seen before as they are short and have 52 stamped on them certainly not what they were made with, i have ordered repair kits but am a little concerned about the screw tips, i am sure this is not the first time it's happened and someone has worked with this sort of issue before and overcome it, any pointers welcome.
