Registering a bike

hello .I have been offered a 1975 Z1B fitted with a Z1R engine that has been stood in a garage in the Uk for 20 years
There is no paperwork but a clear frame number .... my question is will I be able to register the bike when finished ?
I have registered several imported bikes before but they have been fairly easy due to being on Nova
is it as easy as putting it on Nova and then going through the usual steps of dating cert and mot ?
