Fork oil????

#1 PostAuthor: Wrigers » Thu Sep 07, 2017 9:48 am

Hi folks just a quicky 're fork oil refill on a 900 A4.
I haven't got myself a manual yet so I need to know the oil capacity for each leg and the recommended type used. The legs aŕe off the bike , so what is the best method to use for refilling , i take it you remove the top leg bolts and refill from there. Paul.

yes - just take the top cap off and tip old oil out.

refill with 175cc of 10w oil or 15w if you want it a bit stiffer

You may find it easier to re-assemble once your stanchions are clamped back into the yokes, especially if the springs take some compressing when refitting top fork nuts :)
