A4 Tank

#1 PostAuthor: Wrigers » Sun Oct 29, 2017 11:36 am

Is there any difference between a 900 A4 petrol tank and one from a 900 LTD.

it's just a thought as the tank i have at present came with the bike which was a complete resto job. Before i start with any paintwork etc i want to make sure its the right one. I can attach a photo if it helps.
I have seen a few for sale recently , look the same as an A4 tank, but they stipulate it's from a Ltd. Very confusing! !!!!!

LTD tanks are smaller if i remember correctly. Need a 'nose to tail' measurement of a target tank to compare with a real A4 tank

Yes different.... LTD = shorter ,more of a 'peanut' shape.
cheers freddy
