Best Pod Fiters.

#1 PostAuthor: crossthread » Sun Oct 29, 2017 5:24 pm

Unless someone tells me that K and N are worth every penny I am discounting them on the grounds of cost . So the question is , what's the second best ( ie cheaper ) pod filter? The ones on my bike at the moment must have come free in a Christmas cracker, the holes are so big they couldn't stop a flying brick.

You get what you pay for.
K&N , ramair, Pipercross are the ones to go for.
Cheap Emgo's etc are crap and will cause over rich running and strangle the motor.

I have the APE ones which cost about £70 for 4 from Suzuki 2nd hand spares. quality seems ok but not sure if as good as K&N.
