Has anyone successfully helicoiled the threads for the caps / bowls ? I have one bowl screw gone and a few on the caps, may as well sort them while fully disassembled

Not to my knowledge, but in the past i have gone up to 5mm cap screws.

Yes! I have helicoiled quite a few.
I prefer to do that rather than tapping m5 as you have to open out the hole in the bowl or cap and associated gaskets for clearance.

All done and easy as, key thing is doing the drilling in a press to keep everything aligned and true. Cheers for the prompt Zed :up
