Experts. Can anyone confirm correct specifications and set up for standard front forks of a 1983 Z1000R. The factory workshop manual is, i believe, incorrect as it gives suspension travel as 180mm. Your average trail bike doesn't have that level of travel!
Need correct data on:
Fork total suspension travel
Oil weight, amount and air gap

oil type 10w20
capacity when changing 295ml
after dissassembly 348ml
oil level from fork leg top fully extended and no spring 110+/-2mm
fork spring free length 522.5mm service limit 512mm
