Z1000R Fork data / set up

#1 PostAuthor: martinz1000r » Fri Nov 10, 2017 3:38 pm

Experts. Can anyone confirm correct specifications and set up for standard front forks of a 1983 Z1000R. The factory workshop manual is, i believe, incorrect as it gives suspension travel as 180mm. Your average trail bike doesn't have that level of travel!

Need correct data on:

Fork total suspension travel
Oil weight, amount and air gap

Many thanks
