Hi Andy
when they're not original Kawasaki rubbers: DON'T use them!
I've learned this trough trial and error!
If they're the same brand as the ones I've bought ( I don't remember the name of the manufacturer) I can assure you
they rip at the seams after a short period of time or when you remove the carbs.
Maybe I had parts of a bad batch.
Buy Kawasaki parts whenever you can and when they're available, or buy parts from a well known manufacturer
A lot of repro parts look the same but have a poor quality and don't last as long as the originals.
It's up to you to decide!

I myself have been looking at this seller, he appeares to have a decent selection of Z900 parts at a reasonable price. It would be interesting to see how the quality turns out.
I was thinking of purchasing several items, ( carb kits ), ill just hang on.

There are mixed opinions on their inlet rubbers, i have inlet stubbs on my 350/4 from them been on about a year and still ok, others have had problems, it's a chance you take.
Re: Anyone used these 900 rubbers ?
I have used Legend Motorcycles before, not for carb rubbers, but always found their stuff to be very good quality. Its not safety related parts so I would give it a go, be interested to hear how you get on .

I 2nd what Paul above states.....I too am a bit sceptical about Pattern parts ( especially Taiwan & main land Chinese junk ) but Tour Max is Japanese made & what I have had from them before has always been good quality. If your rubbers are rock hard now ( which normally happens with age ) well, try this ....... soak them for 48 hours in new or old Brake fluid ...you'll find they supple right up .......it's amazing ! I have found they stay supple too ... give it go & you'll be surprised ! Cheers ,Johny Brando
