z1,a,b and a4 swing arms all the same?

I need a swing arm for my z900a4 rebuild are they the same as the z1, a and b as I have sourced one oil the states???

as far as i know they're all suitable..also.a z1000 s/arm is easy to convert for a 900 by grinding off its top mounted, brake stabilising bracket (for disc brake) and welding in 2 basic 'D' brackets
to attach the drum brake torsion arm for z1-z9..much easier n cheaper than importin from the u.s.of trump!! i also have a z1000 arm i could let you have if you go that route.. let's know. mark

if there are any pitfalls I'm sure someone will know on here..my late mate converted a z1000 arm for his z1b yrs ago.

basically they are the same .... there is some cosmetic difference to the earlier arms up to 75 as they have a narrower crinkled look to the arm above the chain adjuster .........and of course the date code for the purists
