whats your opinion on the systems and what one gets your vote.

A couple of mates run ignitechs (as do many who run the dyna) But the Ignitechs seem so simple they draw very little current and have standard ability to run 8 plug heads (using 1.5 or 3ohm coils)
The ability to set a retardation amount, the ability to turn on N2O, plus fuel pump feeds.
There appears to be very little not to like on them.
I will be ordering one in the new year for my drag bike project.

I've got Dyna 2000 and Dyna coils, I bought it because my Unitrak igniter stopped advancing, picked the Dyna because I thought it would be reliable, I know very little about the Ignitech, how does the price compare with the Dyna 2000?

Have very limited experience of the Ignitech systems but i know that you can manipulate some of the dimensions that you cant with the 2000.
Both complex and both competent in their own ways and looking impartially from the outside i would say that if you are looking to win then get the ignitech, if looking to take part buy the 2000. Speaking for myself, i would go 2000 again faced with the choice because of the many benefits that fit with what i need to use it for.

I believe you can program the advance curves of the Dyna 2000 with a programming lead, a computer and the program from Dynatech for $85 (I just googled it, I dont work for Dynatech ☺ )

the models are variable with what you can do have a look at their site and see what they do if you download the program file you can see all the parameters you can adjust.
The sparker 3 I am interested in has a setting for n2o So that once the input signal is activated (say at full throttle or as I want it at a specific gear being selected) you can then set at what revs you want it to fire and the duration at which you want it on for.
Rev limiter comes built in as well and is adjustable and it has an input for a throttle position sensor. Its approx £200 depending upon exchange rate. Dyna 2000 £362 at suzuki perfomance parts (but that includes pickups the ignitech does'nt)
Its really a 6 of one half a dozen of the other, Pay your money and take your choice.

There does not seem to be much between them. But the n2o feature is impressive.

I have tried looking up information regarding igntech systems and have come up with very little even on their website, now for me if they cannot be bothered to to give me decent information on products, i will not part with any monies and will stick with my dyna.
If anyone knows where specs, detailed information and pricings are for these please post a link.

Kev perhaps you need to type it in correctly

I have seen all of that, but still no model specifics or clear pricings, as i said above, if other companies can give you everything in clear and simple ways, why not use them. Dyna it is then

I think both do the same and Dyna has been around a lot longer and will continue to be around, whereas Ignitech are new kids on the block.
I have no loyalty to either and will let people know how I get on with the ignitech.
