ive purchashed a so called z1000 frame ,kzt000-000148 ,its on a s plate,seller reckoned it was a z1r frame ,but looks more like a z1000 frame ,any one know for definate?

Z1R frame should be KZTOOD.
Have you mistook the D for a 0.
Frame should also be double skinned on the downtubes from the headstock.

Seat fitting and tail mount brackets are different to Z1000A1

if it has the nasty pressed steel rear footrest brackets its a Z1000 not a Z1R
