Hiya, what finish on 77 z1000 mirror stalks , silk or gloss ? Looks like silk atm but pretty ropey (Can’t think of another word for silk)

There's.. Satin.. Glass.. And mate.. I took them off, masked the mirror ( masking tape wide one) then in the workshop, on the bench grinder, with a wire wheel attachment, got it back to clean steel, then a coat of etch primer, let it dry, the 2 coats, of satin black.. Job done..
