Guyz ,need info on z1000a2 clutch free spring length,only got tension info in gen manual with no way of testing,also need service limits on friction material...Cheers Paul J

My manual shows spring free length as 33.8mm (1.33 inch)
Wear limit 32.3mm (1.27 inch)

Plates wear limit 3.4mm (0.134 inch)

These are from the Haynes 900&1000 manual, the supplement makes no mention of differences between clutches on both models. Hopefully if I am completely wrong, someone who knows what they are talking about will be along to correct me :oops:

Clutch's are the same and the same goes for pretty much the rest of the 903/1015 engines until the MK2.
