Exhaust collars

Hi all.
Although not Z it is at least Kawasaki related
I have just pickup a S/S downpipes and collector for my GTR 1000, unfortunetly it has no collets and the original system has the collars as part of the down pipe.
Does any one know wher I could source a set of collets 38 x 14 upto 17mm long would do .
