What's best way to remove barrel /sleeves from barrels I have use of 30t press going steady would this work . Also hints on fitting new sleeves

Don't cold press them out, it will cause a slack fit with the new liners.
You need to heat the barrels and the liners will slide out.
I put them in the oven or under the grill but you can carefully use a blow torch or hot air stripper.
When warm enough the block will slide down the liners and they can be lifted out.
Fit the new ones in the same manner.
Then support the block at each end with the liners hanging and a weight on top until it cools to keep them fully seated..
You will then need to have the top of the barrel lightly skimmed to level the liner tops and gasket face.
