Rock oil is a small flea bitten outfit that blends other oil to there ‘specs’! They do not have a massive R/D budget, or indeed any type of R/D at all!

Used that in my CB400SF, which had to be revved to 6,000 rpm just to make it move and spent it's whole life at 8-12,000 rpm, never had any problems, sold it with 67,000 miles on it, heard from the new owner late last year and it's still going well.
