New Z900RS 4X4 exhausts
Anyone got a new 900rs and have they fitted or know of anyone who as fitted Doremi Quadruple Exhaust System in black, if so did it come with fitting or did it need any modifications.
I do fancy one but it needs 4x4 exhausts.
Thanks

I'm guessing that no one has fiited these exhausts yet...
Re: New Z900RS 4X4 exhausts
4x4 pipes are still under development. I have emailed Doremi for an update

Plus they look awful and are heavy, and will make an already underpowered bike even slower!

Looks may be marmite. As for the effect on power, no one really knows yet. The ones in development are for "race use only" meaning loud and unrestricted which should prove popular with everone except VOSA

Was thinking more of the extra weight of the pipes on an already detuned motor!

Usual story, detuned for more usable grunt. It wont suit everone for sure.

I’m not saying it’s slow, it’s not, but would have been nice just this once to have the Z900 hp, with extra mid range too!
Re: New Z900RS 4X4 exhausts
Maybe some 4x4 race pipes and ecu remapping would give you that

Doremi 4x4 not in production - suggested retail price £1666 + fitting kit + import duties + delivery = mega bucks.

Yep, cost of tooling.
Re: New Z900RS 4X4 exhausts
Don't like that...looks like those cheap plastic models you used to get of a Z1....all the wrong shapes.
