z1100R exhaust

does anyone have or know someone with the original exhaust on their 1100R
i need to know what numbers they have on them, i have 2 sets and when i bought them from a collector i was told they were removed from 1100R bikes and they were tagged as such but i want to be 100% sure

hi the lad in holland daid he had some .goes under the name elr ?
i slso need to know the nos as im looking to purchadr a set

I don't know the numbers, but by description there are a number of factors that make them unique and easily identifiable...

2 mounting bolts on the footrest hanger, 1000J had only one.
Mounting bracket welded on to the silencer, some model GPZs had brackets bolted to the silencer ZX1100 I think.
Black chrome, not paint, which a GPZ1100B1 was or chrome as Z1000J.
No badges on the end of the silencer.

Z1000J, GPz1100B1 and B2 exhausts all fit, but none will have all of the above.

I never fitted a ZX1100 exhaust, it would fit the engine, but from measuring one it seemed to be longer.
