Disk lock or something similar?

Does anyone have a clever way to secure a 900a4 when your out and about?
I can't find a disk lock that will fit and don't want to use a front brake clamp. I'm looking at the flexible/cable locks but they don't look up to the job, or is there one? Or even better a disk lock.
Whatever the type, it needs to be able to be stored in either the tool box holder or in the tail piece.
Thanks for reading. I did look on the forum but didn't find anything, only garage stuff.

I would imagine the only decent chain/cables are going to be mahoosive, you will have to wear it across your chest Black widow style...Brake clamps work for me , I have one of these in chrome, it adjustable so you don’t have to yank the brake on really tight

Whilst looking I saw this if you have drilled discs

abus d lock, stored behind the carbs. this is Scotts idea who uses it on his z1000. I had to remove part of the plastic cover on my lock but it stores nicely.

I stored my D lock behind the carbs on my old 500/4 once. Somehow it fouled the throttle control while I was driving,jamming it open. Luckily I had a clear road in front of me and was able to killl the engine and keep everything upright. Wont do that again.
As for disclock. Someimes its a tight squeeze when I park the bike and I cant reach the front wheel to fit it. I just put it on the sprocket. Disclocks come in all shapes and sizes you should find one thatll fit.
Dont depend on just your disclock though;

Look at the photos again Paul. It does not sit on the rubbers, it sits on top of the carb clamps, very secure.

I've used the D lock round the inlet stubs method for years without any grief, however ive always had plumbing type foam insulation on the D bit.. ps a visible, flashing led also works well if the bike is unattended. works 4 me..
