Finally bought a genuine UK ELR this week with 29000 miles complete with Kerker exhaust goes nicely with my Z1R and new Cafe, couple of questions, however there’s bound to be more!!
I need to get a paddock stand can anyone recommend a good quality easy to use stand never had to buy one before?
Also how often do you change the oil and I guess semi synthetic?
And what tyres are recommended, currently has Avon’s fitted

Any paddock stand I have seen and used for standard swingarms are shit . Get one of the scissor type stands and use it on the lower frame rail where the centre stand would go . Take the exhaust off to change the oil and filter . If you want to keep the bike and like mechanical stuff change the oil every 2000 mile and filter every second oil change , if you don't like the bike and want the engine to wear quicker change the oil when you feel like it . I use mineral 10W40 on the older engines and never had any problems , found I was using more oil on semisynthetic .
Fit a zrx swingarm and padockstands are easy , take the rear shocks off and wrap them up for when you come to sell the bike as they are only any good for looking standard . Fit a Dyna 2000 ignition system and again keep all the standard bits for sale time . Avon tyres are all I use . Get an 18" wheel from an 1100R .
Use it and abuse it , the red line is there to show you when to change up a gear .

if it's a keeper, arm yourself with a genuine factory manual (i maybe able to help..) as fer said, an 18 inch front is a good move, but imho looks kinda shit unless you have an 18" mudguard too n they are just not available anywhere, last time i looked. ride it n enjoy it. m
