Hi can anyone tell me the correct amount and type of fork oil needed for a Z1000H? Per leg?

Clymer Manual states 1978 and later wet capacity (cc) 160, oil level with the spring removed fork fully extended 441mm sae 10w oil.

i thought i'd answered - 180-188cc.
