is it possible to obtain a v5 these days for a bike with no nova cert or any other paper work ?

If you can do a full/trade HPI check and find out what the registration number is from the frame number then apply for a lost V5.
Or if you have the reg then just apply for a lost V5.
I could do with finding someone that would be able to do full HPI checks for me also.
It has worked for me in the past but I no longer have the contact.
