Are you better off having 2 of the thicker usa single disc , on a twin front brake setup ? just thinking , extra weight is disadvantage , but i remember my last z1000 a1 twin front disc had such a squeal , would this be avoided with twin thicker disc ? also whats the best pads to use

I do nt think it makes any odds, as long as both discs are the same thickness ?

Got the 7mm discs on a z thou,using organic pads works a treat,though it does weigh heavy...

If you use the thicker discs I think you need some stronger front fork springs to handle the extra unsprung weight?
