One thing to remember is that different tyres, even on the same size - do differ in actual width.
It is very possible to find one model tyre with a badged 120 width, being as wide as someone else's 130 ...and vice versa
That is down to tyre sizing being nominal rather than definitive. They are allowed (IIRC) a 6% size differential from the sidewall listed measurement.
That can be up or down.
Pirelli sometimes have slightly fatter tyres within the listed parameters. I have a 150/70-17 Pirelli Phantom and it is much fatter than two other 150/70 tyres I compared it with (Maxxis and Michelin).
It is visibly as well as factually fatter. Pick a tyre size but look at it in person to judge which one you feel looks beefiest, if beef is your goal

Why do I persist in debating with idiots ? I really should know better
