Gearbox bearings

#1 PostAuthor: DogsbolloxofZ1B » Mon Nov 05, 2018 6:40 pm

Has anyone found a supplier of the Z1 gearbox bearings?
I’ve located SKF BL305-NR but can’t find the 3505-NR.
NR Is the code for the snap ring undercut.
Yes I can buy from z-power but working for an engineering
company helps:)-

I like your thinking.

Most bearings and seals are still available from Kawasaki but I have set my self a mini mission to source OEM ones from engineering suppliers. I believe bearings were Koyo and seals NOK but would welcome additional information from you guys.

Seals were either ARS (Arai Rubber Seals) or NOK
Bearings NSK or NTN or NACHI

I have managed to source some NSK BL305-NR with C3 internal clearance.

Any good?
